Fibromyalgia is widespread pain. Symptoms are sensations of burning, tingling, numbness, stiffness, fatigue, poor sleep, mood disorders, and bowel altercations. Fibromyalgia management is aimed at improving the quality of life but anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs like opioids have marginal effects and are generally not tolerated. Arthritis refers to more than 100 disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Symptoms are often uncontrolled, not allowing a good quality of life.
